Day 34,As It Is Happening

I turned right, Grand Canyon it is. Why travel 5000 back and forth again if it is only 500 miles out of my way now. I will now miss two engagements i had back home and in NY in early November, but priorities are priorities.

Decided to give a Donner rest break now and then camp at the first camp i come to after 4pm down the road. Found this lovely little camp along the way for a rest stop. Beautiful weather.
